1. Why are some toll-free numbers not available?
Canada Toll Free contains national and regional toll-free
numbers that are primed out of Bell Canada,
MTS, Aliant and SaskTel. Toll-free numbers that
are primed out of a telephone company other than these will not appear in the directory.
We hope to have toll-free listings from other telephone companies available in the future.
If you would like to try and locate a telephone number
for a particular company that is not in Canada Toll Free,
we suggest that you try the YellowPages.ca™
business search or call Directory Assistance at 1-800-555-1212.

2. What do I do if there is an error in my company's listing?
If there is an error in your company's listing, you
should call a Bell Canada, MTS, Aliant
or SaskTel Advantage Sales Representative and request
that your listing be corrected. The correction to your
listing will be reflected in Canada Toll Free within
a week of your request.

The listings in Canada Toll Free are updated weekly with up-to-date listings.

4. How do I get my company listed in Canada Toll Free?
The listings in Canada Toll Free are national and regional
toll-free numbers that are primed out of Bell Canada,
MTS, Aliant and SaskTel. If your company
has a toll-free number primed out of one of those telephone
companies, your listing will automatically appear in
the Canada Toll Free directory free of charge. Toll-free
numbers that are primed out of a telephone company other
than Bell Canada, MTS, Aliant or SaskTel
will not appear in Canada Toll Free.
If you would like your company to be a part of Canada
TollFree, you will need to obtain an toll-free number
or fax number from Bell Canada, MTS, Aliant and SaskTel.
